General Ordering Help
ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR:
- Must include a list of the items you want to purchase and the corresponding price. For fast accurate shipping, you can order online using our secure shopping cart. If you want to send a check or money order, use the shopping cart and select PRINT ORDER rather than providing credit card information and include the printed order with your mailed payment. Please do not send only a check based on a telephone conversation with our customer service staff.
- Must be accompanied by payment in full unless prior arrangements are made. Sorry, we do not ship COD.
- Must include your name, shipping information, telephone number and email address.
- Are shipped via UPS or USPS. Online ordering through our secure shopping cart will provide you with shipping options and corresponding costs. Mailed orders without shipping added will be held pending receipt of shipping charges or returned unfilled at our option.
- must include 6% sales tax for ID residents.
ADDITONAL SALE TERMS:
- NO international sales, for any items regardless of size or cost, no exceptions.
- All prices are subject to change and all items are subject to prior sale or withdraw from sale without notice.
- Certain items are not available for sale where prohibited and no orders with restricted items will be shipped to restricted locations. Similarly, we will not ship restricted items to another location when the billing address is in a restricted location. Although we go to great effot to ensure the items in your order are in compliance with your state and local regulation, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to determine the legality of all items you wish to order for your locality PRIOR to ordering and for you to comply with the same.
- Most orders ship the same day as ordered depending on the time of day ordered. Please allow adequate time for UPS or USPS to make their delivery before inquiring about the status of your order. Orders placed on line through our secure shopping cart can be tracked on line at ORDER TRACKING.
- We do not backorder any items. Our online inventory system tracks inventory in real time. If the product is not in stock, it will not allow you to order it. Orders placed online that are to be paid by check or money order will have the product held for seven days in anticipation of your payment, after which time it will be released for sale. Please promptly send your payment to ensure your scheduled items are available when your payment arrives.
- Any damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Refer to PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER for specific instructions.
- All prices are quoted in $USD and checks must be drawn on a US Bank. International payments as well as other currencies will not be accepted.
